Position Description:

• Review sleep study results and provide guidance on treatment options.
• Initiate and manage PAP therapy as prescribed.
• Provide education and instructions on equipment use and maintenance.
• Perform follow-up care to evaluate comfort, troubleshoot issues, and support long-term therapy success.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure clear communication and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or equivalent designation.

• Experience with PAP therapy and equipment is an asset. Training is provided.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Accuro, is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• The ability to be adaptable in an ever-evolving workplace environment.
