Position Description
As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll work closely with patients both in-person and virtually to guide them through their sleep therapy journey.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Educating patients on sleep apnea in a simple, supportive way
- Demonstrating how to use CPAP machines and accessories
- Helping patients choose the right equipment for their needs
- Troubleshooting issues and answering questions
- Processing sales, creating invoices, payments, and managing inventory
- Coordinating with insurance providers to secure coverage
- Maintaining accurate patient documentation
- Providing ongoing support to ensure long-term success with therapy

- Strong customer service or patient-facing experience
- Confident communicator who can explain things clearly and simply
- Comfortable recommending products and guiding purchasing decisions
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Detail-oriented with good follow-through
- Positive, empathetic, and solution-focused
- Comfortable with hands-on interaction (training provided)
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience in healthcare, medical admin, or sleep therapy
- RRT, RN, or RPN designation
Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM); 8 hour shift
